We met with all company directors, associate directors and
departmental staff, as well as held client interviews and insights sessions to conduct our bespoke
research (devised in-house at PO’Sh).
We visited their various
UK wide office locations in the Midlands and Manchester over a 3 week period and carried
out qualitative discussions, innovative brand activities and
quantitative questionnaires.
We extracted key information,
opinions and practices to be able to offer a new brand
strategy and solution. We identified brand essence, vision, objectives, values, tone of voice, narrative and direction.
IDP received a full research report and a 25-page
brand strategy.
This was presented by PO’Sh to all staff teams
in detail to ensure buy-in and understanding. The final stage
was working through our recommendations and applying the new brand it across all collateral.
