    Meet the PO’Sh team…

    It's been an exciting and busy 12 months here at PO'Sh Creative, with lots of fantastic client projects, a bigger office and new team members! We’ve welcomed 4 wonderful new creatives into the PO’Sh family, taking us to a team of 9.

    Our new colleagues have fit right in, with each of their vibrant personalities and can-do attitudes perfectly reflecting our motto of "making good things happen".

    Most of you know our wonderful Directors and co-owners Jan and Nicola, who deliver exceptional, creative work time and time again. So now let's introduce you to the rest of the PO’Sh team...

    Noel


    Noel is our Digital Lead, supporting all of our creative campaigns and brand work, he develops everything from websites to animations and graphics.


    As a self-taught digital designer, Noel loves to experiment with new technology and is always looking to push the boundaries of what he can create. 


    Outside of work, he has more hobbies and creative projects than you could count, turning his hand to just about everything. A more recent passion project of Noel’s was learning to create abstract poster art with code.


    Noel is our digital design guru.

    

    Hannah

     

    Hannah is our Communications and Production Officer, a highly-skilled client liaison and project coordinator. 

     

    She is the queen of organisation, working behind the scenes to schedule and monitor each of our projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet all of our clients' needs.

     

    Her infectious positive attitude lifts the whole team, keeping them motivated and full of smiles. She also makes a cracking cup of tea!

     

    Hannah truly puts the positive into PO’Sh.



    Hattie

     

    Hattie is our Graphic Designer; she gets stuck in on everything from editorial content to social assets. Illustration projects are her forte and she is especially proud of the illustrated Funny Phonics flashcards we created for children learning to read. 

     

    With an eye for adventure, she is a keen rock climber, runner, and festival-goer. She hasn’t had a free weekend in years!

     

    But the fun doesn’t stop there, after turning vegan in the past 2 years she has been perfecting her vegan baking skills on a team of very willing taste testers here at PO’Sh.

     

    Hattie brings a great sense of humour to the office and always has a creative passion project on the go. She is our design maestro.

    Katy

     

    Introducing Katy, our Senior Digital Marketeer. With great project management skills, she generates stellar marketing strategies and oversees their tactical delivery. 

     

    She is a data master, reporting on Google Analytics and monitoring the performance of campaigns to feedback to our clients. 

     

    When she’s not in our studio, Katy loves to hang about doing aerial circus skills, currently mastering the hoop, trapeze, and silks. She’s also co-owner of a small jewellery business, making handmade acrylic jewellery and bags. Her hair is normally just as colourful as her spare time, it very rarely stays the same colour for very long! 

     

    Katy is an integral part of the team here at PO’Sh, ensuring all the digital marketing projects we create are tailored to our clients’ needs.

    Becky

     

    Meet Becky, our Digital Marketeer and Social Content Creator! With her wide range of content creation and production skills, she can see a job all the way from briefing to production.

     

    Becky absolutely loves to lead photo and video shoots, coordinating them to get the best results possible for the client. 

     

    She is interior design obsessed at the moment, spending her time searching out the best styles for her new house. When Becky’s not designing, she can be found outside with her cat and exploring her newfound love of gardening.

     

    She is a master of words, crafting copy for social media and websites alike. Becky is our socials superwoman.

    Ana

     

    Next is Ana, our Digital Designer, imaginative illustrator, and expert animator. 

     

    She brings clients’ stories to life through her exquisite graphic designs and videos. Ana can turn her hand to everything from web assets to illustrations, particularly excelling in 3D modelling and animation software.

     

    Ana loves everything digital, spending her time outside of work playing video games and 3D printing. She is also currently enjoying painting, exploring both physical and digital mediums.

     

    Ana brings her calm demeanour and a great sense of humour to the studio, along with a speed of delivery on projects that is second-to-none.


    Alex

     

    Alex is our Digital Developer, an innovative programmer who creates expert designs in-house for websites and apps.

     

    Alex is fresh onto the scene, currently spending his placement year here at PO’Sh, whilst he is studying Computer Science at the University of Brighton. He specialises in using code to make digital content that is interactive and engaging.

     

    When he’s not building websites and apps, Alex can be found at gigs and music festivals. A big music lover, he also plays the guitar and is currently learning to play the bass.

     

    Alex is an invaluable member of our team, who is always problem-solving with creativity. He’s our master coder.

    OPPORTUNITY - Digital Design Genius

    Over the last few years PO'Sh Creative's digital offering has grown - animation, websites, videography and 3D digital design makes up a good deal of our creative work - so it's time to find someone who can jump in, roll up their sleeves and start producing amazing digital content alongside our current digital genius, Noel. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role that will offer variety and creative freedom as well as the chance to develop and hone a range of digital skills - as we expand our digital offering over the coming months and years. So, what are we looking for? Are you a creative thinker? Someone with clever ideas? Are you a master at creating digital animation and websites with purpose and flair? We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to take the lead and manage their own projects, someone who has a s trong knowledge of all types of animation & how they work (eg key-framing, speed graphs, easing, animating on 2’s etc ) with the ability to create most to an intermediate level. Key experience and skills required: Intermediate level of sound editing Expert level of video editing Can use 3D modelling programmes such as Blender, Maya, 3Ds max Work to an expert level in After Effects. Desirable expertise: Confidently use web builder platforms such as WordPress, Without Code etc Use of DAW’s (digital audio work stations) for creation of custom music Code Code Code - the more the better, must be able to write html, css and beginner-intermediate level js Proficient in CS We're looking for an high-level all-rounder or as we like to say - someone who can turn their hand to all things digital. S omeone who can source their own assets (music, sfx, stock photos, videos and vectors etc), who is resourceful and proficient with the ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for working with the wider design team to deliver eye catching creative for online campaigns and w ork directly with clients to take briefs and present concepts. So, being an excellent collaborator is a must. A good sense of humour is recommended and a strong work ethic is expected. This is an office-based role in Leamington Spa, working from our studio under the railway arches. You will work as part of our wider creative team and report to the Creative Director. We like to think of our team as a family, each of us always having someone to lean on, whilst always ourselves being someone that can be relied upon.
